I have attended the body combat thrice already. It sure is challenging and really made me sweat a lot. I was struggling to finish the whole session but it’s good that I have managed to do so. Although of course my form may not be as perfect yet and there are some moves that I still can’t do. Hopefully in time I would be able to. Maybe if I keep at it, I wouldn’t have to try those thermogenic fat burners. I really just have to push myself to sustain a healthier lifestyle.

It’s so much easier to just drink diet pills. But then of course you’re really not sure if they’re effective or not. I’m just really scared of taking pills that would eventually damage my liver or cause heart palpitations. That’s just really terrible. I know there are effective pills out there, I just don’t know if my budget can sustain buying them. Anyway, the natural route is the way I’m most likely to follow. Hopefully I still get the results that I want.

I am very much concerned with my health. I have already enrolled in a gym but of course that’s not enough. I have to actually work out in it! I know that there’s apidexin that I can try out but I would want to take the natural route. I know it entails a lot of determination and perseverance. I know it will be challenging. Are you frustrated of looking for diet pills that actually work? Well, I have only tried 1 which didn’t really get to sustain. I’m not really that adventurous when it comes to trying out diet pills since I wouldn’t want to end up jeopardizing my health more rather than improving it. How does an e cigarette look like? Well, I don’t really smoke. I’ve tried it before, but it was just a curious phase. Anyway, I just encountered the term e cigarette. I wonder how does it work. Well, it’s not that I want to try it out, I’m just really curious about it. It’s amazing how people can come up with new stuff like this. Anyway, just a word of caution, smoking can lead to a lot of sickness so be careful not to get addicted to it.

We’re currently undergoing evaluation of water filter in our stores. Currently we only have 1 supplier for water filter. With the aggressive opening of stores, there’s really room for more than 1 supplier. We have 2 types of filter that can be installed, either a 3 stage water filter or a UV water filter. Anyway, I hope we can get a good deal with other players in the industry. Also, we hope that the current supplier can give us better service and lower cost!

I wish we either have a playstation 3 or wii! Well, I actually prefer the wii but I can’t complain having a playstation 3 either. That would really be fun. It would really be a great stress reliever during weekends. Well, we really don’t have a budget right now since we’re prioritizing our condo but hopefully we can have have extra budget for that. So right now I guess we need to look for cheaper ways to have fun during weekends. Then again, my sweetie and I are happy to just spend a lazy time at home getting as much sleep as we can.
