franchising

October 29th, 2008 | Category: Business

I’m in the process of looking at other opportunities where I can more money. Working for somebody else is out of my options. I would prefer to have my own business. I know it can be a bit of a challenge to start from scratch in building a business that’s why I’m looking at some Franchise Information. It would be much easier to franchise since there’s a built in system already. Well, franchising can get a bit expensive as well so it’s important to look for more options. Start up may be expensive but you should also consider what the projected profit is. Maybe if the business is really good, you can get back your capital in no time.

inspiring entrepreneur

October 21st, 2008 | Category: Business

Yesterday was a great day for entertaining possible opportunities for investment. We met this pretty good entrepreneur and showed us his business. Honestly, we were impressed and so much inspired by what he has accomplished already. I’ll tell you more about it pretty soon. Hopefully we can invest in his business before the month ends

Choco goodness

October 20th, 2008 | Category: Business

I’m so happy that my client loved my chocolates. Even if it was so much hassle and it took me forever to go to Alabang via commute with two big plastic bagfuls of chocolate, it was so worth it! She had so many heartwarming words that somehow my tiredness was immediately gone.

Anyway, I couldn’t help it. I ended up buying this pack of 10 chocolate molds at Gourdo’s yesterday! It was only Php480! I couldn’t resist it!

When I got home, I saw another email inquiry from a possible client regarding my chocolates. It looks like I would be having another chocolatey time pretty soon.

chocolate shop

October 17th, 2008 | Category: Business

With all the chocolate molds that I have, it would probably be fun to put up a chocolate store. Well, it’s just a wild thought. It’s fun day dreaming of a chocolate factory! Isn’t that sweet? Hehe! I wonder what the market for chocolate is. Well, I do get a couple of inquiries about my chocolates to be used as souvenirs for baptisms, birthdays, and weddings. I wonder if opening up an actual shop would be profitable.

more chocolates

October 17th, 2008 | Category: Business, Personal, Shopping

I’m making chocolates again for a client whose son is going to be baptized this coming Sunday. Since they’re from Laguna, I’ll be delivering my chocolates on Saturday already. Our meeting place would be in Fiesta Mall. Yep, in Alabang! I hope I don’t get lost. It’s been quite awhile since I went to Alabang. Maybe I can hang around for a bit after dropping off my goodies. I’ve come a long way so why hurry home? I’m thinking of getting a spa treatment there but the ride home might negate the effects. Oh well. Let’s just see. Maybe there’s a bazaar that I can visit there.

I still have a couple of batches to make.  I hope i get to finish them on time. I’m still waiting for the approval of the tags before I print them out. Oh well. I’ll take a picture of my finished product and post them soon.

Anyway, I was looking at my chocolate molds…amazingly, I never new I had so much already! I think I have around almost 50 already!!! I just passed by Gourdo’s awhile, and I saw a set of 10 sheets of molds for only around 500.  I’m still contemplating if I would buy it, but after seeing my collection of chocolate molds, I feel that the new set would compliment my collegtion very well. hehehe! I say, keep em comin!

business listing

October 09th, 2008 | Category: Business

Have you put up your own business already? How’s your sales going? I know that it’s quite a challenge these days since almost everybody is undergoing some financial crisis. One must be smarter in promoting their business in order to capture a bigger customer pool. Well, it’s advisable to register your business in the Business Internet Directory so that customers would have more access to your website.

If you are from Connecticut or New Jersey or New York or Pennsylvania maybe registering your business in the Yellow Pages more customers would find out more about your business and possibly contact you to inquire more about your products. All sorts of advertisement should really be taken advantage of. With your site included in the Business Listing, there’s more probability that potential customers will land on your business website. Anyway, I hope we all survive the financial crisis everybody is experiencing.
