Crushed Tacos

June 30th, 2008 | Category: Food

I’ve been trying to find something to eat that’s complete with the Go Glow and Grow stuff …and here’s one of those quick fixes that’s soo easy to make.

Tacos are usually messy to eat since it crumbles as early as the first bite and by the time you get to finish it food is usually all over the place. The solution: crumble the taco shells, mix it with the other ingredients and just eat it with a spoon and fork! Perfect!

Here’s what I made for breakfast:

Visiting UP

June 21st, 2008 | Category: Nature

I barely had the chance to tinker with my dad’s Nikon D200 since he only had just a week to spend his vacation here.  But of course, I wouldn’t want to let the chance pass me by to try it out.  I was thinking where to go for a photoshoot.  I was thinking of going to Avilon Zoo or to LaMesa Ecopark but was a little to lazy too travel that far and just eventually settled on visiting my university instead.

I have been wanting to take photos of those lovely sunflowers lined up at the University Avenue. Finally I was able to!  Although, I guess I was a bit late since most of the flowers were either drooping already or losing their petals.  Oh well.

I did have fun with the photo shoot, although admittedly, I still have a lot to learn about the D200 to maximize it’s capabilities.  Anyway, I would have gone to the lagoon or someplace else, but darn, that camera is really heavy! Hahaha! Oh well. I really should start getting used to handling it.

Wet Flower

June 03rd, 2008 | Category: Flowers, Nature

It was a drizzling sunday, but it didn’t dampen anybody’s mood to take part at the festivities of the Panagbenga (flower festival).
