handy man
My dad frequently goes to Ace hardware. I think it’s his favorite shop. Well, he really is a handy man. He has done a lot of home projects already. I think it wouldn’t be such a hard time getting him a gift. Anything he can use would be really appreciated even if it means getting him some electrical supplies or stuff for wood work. It’s really amazing what he can do with a lot of his tools.
No commentsanniversary
It’s my parents anniversary. It has been a while since they’ve celebrated their anniversary together. They will be celebrating it this year with dinner at our house with some of their friends. We gave my mom flowers and I had one of their old photographs blown up and framed. That one I still haven’t given yet. I hope they appreciate it when they open it later.
No commentswaste problems
With all the calamities that have been affecting our country, I think it’s about time that we really but some serious thought as to what we are doing to our environment. Global warming and climate change have been very popular terms already. Well, I think we can all do our little share to help lessen their effects. I know that the previous flooding could have been prevented a little if there weren’t a lot of trash blocking and clogging drainages. It’s great that some companies are already investing on Waste Management Software packages. I hope that the national and local government would put extra effort in solving our garbage problems.
No commentsno to party?
my birthday is near already. I still don’t know what to do. Our finances are troubling me. We really need to save up for the wedding and the place where we would be staying. Considering all those, it doesn’t seem fair to have a party celebration since we can just use the money to pay off some of our suppliers. Every penny really counts. *sigh*
No commentsdiet regimens
I have heard a lot of weight loss diet regimens but I have not really found one that’s sustainable. I can probably follow it for a few days but since almost all are restraining, I end up bingeing and gaining more. It’s an ugly cycle. I know I should be more concerned about my health especially if I want to have a baby already.
No commentscoin dealer
If you like collecting antiques and old stuff, or some sort of historian, you would certainly appreciate a certain valuable object’s history. For example, the story and age of an old coin would certainly add to its price as any coin dealer would tell you. It doesn’t necessarily mean, however, that an older coin or bill will be much more expensive than a relatively more recent one. There are many other coins dating back to the 18th century but none of them are as expensive as the 1913 Liberty Head Nickel. If you Google its history, you would know why it was valued at 5 million dollars. Only five specimens are known to this day and the story behind the coin’s rarity is truly extraordinary.
No commentsnot motivated
What cardio exercises can you suggest? I really need to be pushing myself more into doing these exercises if I want to lose a couple of pounds before the wedding and before I get pregnant. I miss using the treadmills although I don’t think I would enjoy using it over and over. I want variety or else I tend to get lazy. I wonder what can make me motivated because right now, I’m really not.
No commentshouse cleaning
A lot of those victims severely affected by the Ondoy and Pepeng Typhoon are still probably cleaning their houses. One of my bosses is still having a hard time restoring their house to how it used to be. He has to throw away most of the stuff destroyed and replace some of them like their furnace filters. He is still a bit depressed with the turn of events because of what happened. Hopefully he can fully recover soon.
No commentsneeds to be healthier
I dread wearing my wedding gown. It would have been so much nicer if I’m thinner. Well, I don’t think I would lose that much weight before the wedding. I wonder how to lose belly fat fast so I can at least have a nicer curve at that waist. Oh well. I know that my sweetie loves me even if I’m fat. But I really hope I can discipline myself to lose more weight so I would be healthier.
No commentshome insurance
A lot of houses were flooded during the height of the Ondoy typhoon. A lot were damaged. Some even had their homes totally wrecked. That’s really depressing. I guess after that tragedy, a lot of people are thinking of getting home insurance. That’s probably a good idea. I think at this point, people get worried the instant it rains, for fear that the nightmare would happen again. But having a home insurance somehow gives you that peace of mind that whatever happens, you have that insurance to fall back on.
